About Us
Since 2004, Leadership WA has provided leadership development, invaluable insights and unique experiences to leaders from the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors.
Its aim is two-fold:
- to enhance leadership across the State through its Leadership Development Programs; and
- to enhance the Western Australian community by fostering leadership that goes beyond professional life, both in pro bono contributions by its graduates and Fellows and through the spirit of its core values: ethical leadership, respect for diversity, accepting and guiding change and community service.
Leadership WA has an active and engaged Board comprising many of the State’s most influential leaders.
Leadership WA has received generous support from corporate partners and sponsors, including its Foundation Partner, The Rio Tinto Western Australia Future Fund and its principal partner Bankwest.
