What Kind of Programs?

The programs run by Leadership Western Australia have a particularly strong focus on:
	Enhancing social, economic and environmental awareness;
	Emphasising cross-sectoral relationships rather than organisation-specific issues;
	Helping high potential leaders to contribute to the community in a range of ways;
	Fostering experiential learning (through engagement, interaction and reflection).
