Ms Angela Riley, Independant Consultant; GAICD. MBA, CPA (US Inactive)

Angela is a resident of Western Australia and has lived and worked in remote areas of the state during the last seven years. She has more than 25 years of professional experience in a variety of disciplines including; governance, finance, accounting, strategy, technology, human resource management and compliance. Her global experience over the last 20 years has been focused on the financial services and manufacturing industries.

Angela currently is a non-executive director for the Yawoorroong Miriuwung Gajerrong Yirrgeb Noon Dawang Community Foundation, Dawang Land and Developments Trusts in the East Kimberly. She is also the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and Consultant to the Board of Western Australia’s Regional Power Corporation, Horizon Power. Angela has previously held a variety of other board positions in the not-for-profit sector.

In addition to enjoying these roles, Angela is a facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Indigenous Governance and Company Directors Courses.
