Mr John Langoulant AO, CEO, Oakajee Port and Rail

John Langoulant is the Chief Executive of Oakajee Port and Rail.

He was the Chief Executive of Australian Capital Equity, and previous to this the Chief Executive of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australian between 2004 and 2008.

Between 1995 and 2004 John held the position of Chief Executive of the Western Australian Treasury department. He was with the WA Treasury from 1988 and prior to that worked in the Australian Government Treasury in Canberra from 1975.

John is a graduate of the University of Western Australia.

In addition to enjoying his roles across these organisations John has a range of other interests through a number of bodies. These include being a Senator at the University of Western Australia, Chair of the Board of the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research, Member of The Western Australian ballet, the Council of Australian Government's Reform Council, the Committee for Perth, the Art Gallery of Western Australia Foundation Council and Director of Leadership Western Australia.
