Mr Kevin McLeish, Managing Director, Argyle Diamonds

Kevin is Managing Director of Argyle Diamonds, having joined the organisation in 2005 as General Manager Operations. Argyle is the world's largest diamond mine located in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia

Kevin commenced his career with BHP in the steel industry. He joined Rio Tinto in 1989 and has held operational management roles in Aluminium, Iron Ore, Copper and Diamonds businesses in both Australia and internationally.

He is currently a board member of the Rio Tinto WA Future Fund and the Kimberley Development Commission.

Kevin holds a degree in Metallurgy and an MBA from the University of Wollongong.

He is married with two teenage boys, and lives in Perth.
