Ms Toni Butler, Program Coach

Toni is an Executive and Leadership Coach and works with individuals and corporations across the Asia-Pacific region. Toni's company KTB Actions is contracted by Leadership WA to provide coaching support to program participants.

Toni has a business degree in human resource management and economics, a graduate certificate in business and has pursued a masters of International Business.

She is a certified professional coach and credentialed member of the International Coach Federation.

Despite her roots in small business and sports retail, Toni enjoyed a successful HR career in the professional services, finance, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

She has developed and lead regional teams in Asia and the United Kingdom and contributed significantly to global HR and leadership practices in those organisations.

Her current ambition is to contribute to the creation of the next generation of leaders who are constructive, well-networked and committed to sustainable economies, communities and the environment.

Beyond work, Toni loves new adventures and endeavours to live by her motto of "never let security be your anchor". As evidence, she obtained her motorcycle licence in her 40s and rode her BMW across Europe, Russia and Mongolia from London to Tokyo.
