Our Story

Founded in 2004, Leadership Western Australia is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that brings together leaders  from the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors in a collaborative environment to inspire and enhance exemplary leadership.

Our objective is to build stronger communities through development of leadership capacities and collaborative social impact initiatives. Leadership WA recognises that leaders have the potential to make a real difference and our alumni set the standard. Every year, experts from a wide variety of professional disciplines donate their time to provide strategic advice and support to not-for-profit and community entities and projects across Western Australia. Leadership WA’s alumni network is one of significant influence and determination to achieve a positive impact.
